Wangfu Hill situated on the west bank of the Li River, not far from the Yangdi town. There is one stone on the top of one hill resembles a woman looking into the distance, with a child on her back. This stone is called Wangfu Rock. Halfway up there is another stone on the top of the hill resembles a man in ancient Chinese costume, facing north. This stone is called 'Immortal Stone'. According to the legend, there were a young couple , who had a baby ,made a living by transporting goods punting along the Li River. In order to help an old man to save a starving family, they had nothing to eat at last. Hoping that someone from upriver would pass by and help them, the husband climbed the hill and stood at the top staring north. Finally he turned into a stone because of anxiety. The wife waited for a long time, but her husband didn't return. So she began to climb the hill, with the baby on her back. when seeing that her husband had turned into a stone, she turned into a stone too because of sadness. This scenic spot is one of the most attractive along the Li River, not only because of the  legend about kindhearted couple, but also the vivid scenery there.
