Another most renowned scenic spots along the Li River, about two kilometers from the Xiushan Mountain When cruising the Li river, you can see two villages lie on the west bank of the Li River , The overlapping rocks steep into clouds , the ridges and peaks look like piles of lotus blooms from water, which invert reflection in green wave and blue water, though these villages are close in proximity, the hills force the villagers to take a ferry boat when traveling from one to the other, this is the famous scenic spot 'Half-Side Ferry'. Especially, trees and grasses take root between the narrow veins in the rock, beautifully growing against the stony backdrop as if hand-painted. Opposite Half-Side Ferry, there is a village called Langzhou Village. Occasionally ferryboat cross the river, and when this happens three ports are used. Locals joke about this saying, "One ferryboat crosses the river, but needs to land three times."
